I Am Me

This song means so much to me. Willow Smith sings from her heart about being yourself regardless of what others say and not needing other's validation. She sings about finding yourself and being free. I found this song after coming out and it helped me so much. Since coming out and leaving behind a life of denial and suppressed feelings I have felt so free! Like a bird let out of a cage I can finally fly!

"The Devil's TV programing"

People are crazy! I work for a commonly know TV company (Not gonna name any names), and everyday I get a call that totally blows my mind! Just when I think that I've heard it all human stupidity once again leaves me at a total loss for words. The intricate working of the human mind never ceases to amaze me. I look back and wonder, was I ever "that" crazy customer? Did I sound that stupid talking to a customer service agent? I hope not, and if I did, I sincerely apologize!

Today a customer called in and was upset that someone kept adding adult content to her account. I advised that she could prevent this by locking her receivers from adult content. I walked her through the process and went over setting up a password. "The password is my son's birthday" She told me several times. She could not believe that the "abomination" kept ending up on her account! I asked if there was anyone else on the in the house as I showed it was ordered directly from home, she told me that her teen aged grandson lived with her and had a TV in his room. I politely pointed out that it he could have ordered it very easily through the receiver in his bedroom. She got very angry with me and ran upstairs to her grandson's room and demanded that he tell me that he did not order "the devil's TV programs". He rather nervously told me he didn't and gave the phone back to his grandmother. The customer got back on the phone and had me apologize to her for accusing her grandson of such sin. I did so. She then asked what the dates were that they were ordered, I gave them to her and told her that the system shows it was ordered directly from home. She got really quiet, then said that she was was not home that day and that she left her grandson home alone all day. There was a moment of silence, then she screamed how dare you and hung up. DENIAL!

in·im·i·ta·ble

in·im·i·ta·ble

It's an adjective.
It means incapable of being imitated or copied; surpassing imitation; matchless.
I started this blog to show everyone what I love; art, music photography, creative writing, home decor, and fashion. It's a place where I can talk unedited, share my thoughts and feelings, and not have to apologize later. The purpose of this blog is to help me stay somewhat sane in my totally insane life!
